This is not a full list of sponsors because businesses
add their support each month. Some years over 60% of area businesses have helped so we need to rotate the sponsors
listed on the site. This represents some of the most faithful and most recent sponsors. If you have sponsored
recently and are not included please remind us to have the webmaster update this list. Thank You.

2005-06 Community Caring Award
Truitt McConnell College
for all the many things they do to help make Northeast GA a better place to live. Truitt McConnell donated
the use of their Dining Hall facility for the 2005 Caring Hands Community Christmas Dinner. They agree that no one should
be hungry or lonely on Christmas Day. This allowed us to provide food for over 500 plus toys and clothing and household
necessities. A wonderful crew of volunteers came out to help.
Special recognition goes to Terry
and Lafaye Murphy who originated the idea for the dinner in 2003 and have directed it , recruited volunteers,
helped secure the necessary food, clothes toys, etc. and to Troll Tavern whose owner and staff devoted
their Christmas Day to help with the 2005 dinner and to "Pappy Kenneth" who has come out to bless everyone
with songs and stories the past 2 years.
2004 Business Sponsor of the Year Ray Black of Cleveland Drug Company
He was also our sponsor
of the year in 2001. THANK YOU RAY

Caring
Hearts
"We want to help" That was our introduction to Bob and Kathy Summerfield. They had read about Caring Hands on our
web page and it touched their hearts. Would it be OK if they sent a check every month? What did we need them to pray about?
Bob and Kathy have been faithful supporters financially and in prayer every month. I am not sure they had even heard of Cleveland
GA before God put this in their hearts. They have been a blessing to us and to the people they have made it possible to help.
We are including them on our web page not only to recognize their caring but also to represent all the other
people who care and reach out through Caring Hands and in other ways to make a difference when someone needs their help the
most.
